What We Offer
Precision Metal Stamping
We use a total of 83 punch presses, ranging from 18 tons to 215 tons & CNC machinery, which are used in conjunction with special universal units, holders, and fixtures for custom metal stamping. With our unique stamping methods, we have the ability to blank, pierce, form, stencil, draw, or extrude parts of any shape.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
To further enhance our custom metal stamping capabilities, we offer unique metal fabricating services, such as metal cabinets, chassis, and many other flat and formed metal sheet parts, which we do in an extremely timely and precise manner.
Laser Cutting & Etching
Our recent advances in CNC and laser equipment have afforded us endless capabilities for the metalforming industry. With our Trumpf TruLaser 1030 fiber machine, we have the ability to cut any shape with incredible precision and at a reduced cost for each piece.
Our customizable tooling processes offer up to an 85% reduction in costs in comparison to traditional metal stamping/tooling methods. Our in-house tooling department can produce customized tooling for each project. Because we offer such a customized level of tooling, we can significantly cut costs while maintaining high-quality material production.
We are fully equipped to handle the secondary & finishing needs of tooling in-house, eliminating the need to have multiple vendors. Our all-in-one servicing process makes room for significant cost savings as well as expedited turnaround timing.
