Plastics Thermoforming & Fabrication
We provide high-quality plastic thermoforming & fabrication services across many industries, from aerospace & marine to medical and beyond!
We provided high-quality plastic thermoforming and fabrication services to various industries, including aerospace, telecommunications, marine, industrial enclosures, medical, and other OEMs/entrepreneurs.
Our state of the art manufacturing facility offers over 20,000 square feet of workspace and our equipment includes:
- Single station thermoforming machines ranging from 2' x 3' to 5' x 9'
- For Cost-effective and high-volume production, we have 4' x 7' rotary thermoforming machines with a cycle time that is 2.5 times faster than a standard single station machine.
- Two 4' x 10' CNC trimming centers for primary and secondary trim operations.
For our design and CNC interfacing, we use Solid Works software to assist our customers with the design and development phase of their products, including process and material selection.
We also have the ability to use low-cost wood, polyurethane molding/tooling, and aluminum tooling for prototype and pre-production parts.
Our mission is to consistently deliver quality products that exceed your demands at a competitive price. We strictly employ only the most experienced industry professionals with a minimum of 20 years' tenure; this ensures that our process consistently meets the highest production standards in every way.
